Aimed at young people aged 8-18, this session looks at the different types of aerial photography available to archaeologists and explains how we use these images to recognise and record archaeological features. There will be lots of photographs to look at and plenty of hands-on activities, including viewing photographs in 3D and the chance to have a go at mapping features for yourself.
The session is free and is being run as part of the Breaking New Ground Project, but please contact me to confirm your place.
